Please join us for a free Family Day and opening reception on Saturday, May 18th from 1 pm to 4 pm at the Richmond Museum of History & Culture (400 Nevin Ave., in Richmond). We will offer docent-led tours, engaging art activities for all ages from the Children's Art Studio Richmond's curriculum, and light refreshments. "The Family Day is a fantastic opportunity for families to connect with the arts in a fun and interactive way," says Evelyn Santos, Executive Director at the Richmond Museum. "Art is a fantastic activity for children to explore in their development years as it provides a vehicle for expression and a method of processing everyday life; the highs, lows and in-betweens."
