We’ve Made Some Changes To The Registration Process
This form takes a lot less time to fill out. It is also separate from the process of submitting your work on the preview exhibition show. Artists with incomplete applications will be enrolled in the next available info session. These are the registration steps:

Why are your dates different form the EBOS dates?
EBOS is a non-profit with their own event, and we are a separate, all-volunteer group running its own open studios event.
Who can register?
You need to be a resident of Richmond or its unincorporated areas OR, your studio needs to be located in Richmond or its unincorporated areas. If you don’t have a studio per se but you make art in Richmond, please explain that in the form. Richmond artists need to have a complete profile on our Directory at the time you register. It is free.

Can I register a group?
Our registration fee is the lowest in the area to enable the largest number of people to afford it. Artists in collective studios and even two artists sharing the same open studio space need to register individually.
How late can I register?
June 4 at 5:00 pm is the latest. We got rid of late registration fees, so please help us out and register as early as you can!
I received an email saying my registration is incomplete or was filled out incorrectly, now what?
We will enroll you in the next available info session so we can help you in person. There won’t be help over email due to the large number of artists participating.
My friend missed the registration deadline. Can I sell her work at ROS?
If you have this type of friend, remind them early and often of the deadline, which is June 4. For ROS to work, every artist selling needs to register!
I completed the form but I haven’t heard from anyone!
You are not officially registered until you pay the fee at our store.
